Art Show

Arisia features a large and popular Art Show at which work can be sold by silent auction or gallery style at a fixed price.


We had a great and popular show, with our best sales year ever. We had over 3000 visits to the show from nearly 1000 distinct visitors.

We had 1300 for-sale and 76 not-for-sale pieces in the Art Show, and 522 copies of 108 images in the Print Shop, on 108 panels and 24 tables. Of these, we sold 421 Art Show pieces and 171 prints to 336 buyers for a total of $22,489 plus tax. Out of 73 artists with work for sale, 62 sold work.

Artist checks were mailed on February 9.

Sales per panel ranged from $0 to $1528 with a median of $130 and an average of $170.37. For mail-in artists specifically, sales per panel ranged from $92.50 to $610 with a median of $210 and an average of $303.91. Art show sold piece prices ranged from $5 to $850 with a median of $30 and an average of $47.93. Print shop sold piece prices ranged from $5 to $50 with a median of $12 and an average of $13.52.

noon to 5pm: Artist Check-in
6pm to 9pm: OPEN
10pm to midnight: Reception for artists and staff

5:30pm to 6pm: Paper auctions end
6pm to 7:30pm: Auction and quicksale pickup

10am to noon: Final Sales and Artist Check-out


Located in the Harbor Ballroom upstairs on the east side of the hotel, Arisia's Art Show will feature the work our Artist Guest Lee Moyer and nearly 100 other artists in media from Acrylic and Bronze to Watercolor and Wire and everything in between. Most works will be for sale by silent auction or Quicksale or both.

Arisia sponsors a Student Art Contest for High School students and the work of the finalists will be on display.
